Stateline Solar Farm Project
The first project is one of the two largest in this group. The Stateline Solar Farm Project plans to begin operating at 300MWs. Here are the details:

Capacity: 300MWs
Construction Start Timeline: October 2014
Future Operating Timeline: Third Quarter 2016
Companies Involved: First Solar, Southern Power, Southern California Edison, Goldman Sachs
Utah Solar 1
Utah Solar 1 will also begin operating at 300MWs. I guess you could say there is a race to see which will be completed first. Here are the project details:
Location: Millard County, UT
Capacity: 300MWs
Construction Start Timeline: First Quarter 2015
Future Operating Timeline: Late 2016
Companies Involved: Energy Capital Group LLC, Swinerton, Blymyer Engineers, Inc.
Moapa Southern Paiute
The next solar project to highlight is one to keep a close eye on these days. According to the project website it plans to be operating this month. Here are details on the Moapa Southern Paiute project:
Location: Moapa, Clark County, NV
Capacity: 250 MWs
Construction Start Date: March 21, 2014
Future Operating Date: June 2016
Companies Involved: First Solar, Swinerton, Sunlink, LADWP
McCoy Solar Energy Project
The McCoy Solar Project is already partially completed but expects to add another 20MWs of capacity by the end of the year. This will complete Phase 1 of the project. Eventually the project plans to be operating at a total of 750MWs making it the largest in the country.
Location: Blyth, Riverside County, CA
Capacity: 250 MWs (phase 1) 750 MWs final project
Construction Start Date: November 2014
Future Operating Date: November 1, 2016 (Phase 1)
Companies Involved: First Solar, NextEra Energy Resources
Roserock
Wrapping up the list we will cover the Roserock solar project. This project was once called RE Texas, Austin Energy. The details are below:
Location: Fort Stockton, Pepcos County, TX
Capacity: 212 MWs
Construction Start Date: November 30, 2015
Future Operating Date: Fourth Quarter 2016
Companies Involved: Canadian Solar, Recurrent Energy, Austin Energy, Southern Company
