The scope of Expression of Interest will include:
3.1.1. Submission of the proposed MDMS with all relevant documentation
3.1.2. Submission of the proposed HES with the necessary documentation
3.1.3. Submission of the proposed Prepaid Vending system similarly with all the relevant documentation
3.1.4. Submission of a proposal for systems’ integration specifying applicable international open standards
3.1.5. Submission of Samples for smart split meters and concentrated access points for interfacing meters to the backend systems i.e. Data Concentrators (DCs), RF routers etc. for purposes of demonstrating interoperability between different systems.
3.1.6. Site visit to Customers supplied with the solution/technology before.
